Zoo day

We ventured onto a day I never thought we do......

A day at the zoo in August?!?! Seriously! Ha!
but we had some clouds come in and cool us off
(you know like in the high 90 instead of 110!)

We went with our sweet friends the Day's and celebrated Collin birthday in a memorable way!

The toddlers hung in there with the best of them and really enjoyed seeing all the animals

Fun, very hot, memories were made

Next visit thou will be when it really cooled off,
like maybe December :-)

Vacation 2010

We headed out East for a quick little vaca before the school year starts up into full gear!
We took the Gaston side down to Tyler,Tx were Clint's grandmother owns a timeshare. She has so graciously allowed us to stay there on many occasions. It was such a huge blessing to get away!Our view from the balcony

It was so refreshing to have the quick little gateway and really help us to refuel for the new semester to come!

Check-up

We just had our 18mth appointment at 20mths

that seems to be how we roll this summer

Its like she saying, seriously mom!

She was less then trilled about being at the doctors, but had a good time playing around while we wait!(This was all her idea by the way)

Maylee is measuring in the 97% for everything(big surprise there!)
She is 30lbs 8oz and 34in long

So glad it was only two shots today and we dont go back till 2yrs! Yay!
We have been truly blessed with such a healthy and happy girl!
