Lunch with Uncle B...

A couple of weeks ago Uncle B and Aunt Kristi came into town for a few days to celebrate this lovely Aunt's birthday...........
So we had the pleasure of going to lunch with Uncle B at yummy Mama's pizza! SO good!

She looks like she saying, "Hey Uncle B were have you been?"Thought these were too sweet not to share!

Summer time

Here some pic's of us just having some fun one weekend in July. We actually had a "cool" front come through and the high was in the mild 90's! For it being July in Texas we will definitely take it!

We had brunch with the Day at good ole Cracker Barrel. Cracker Barrel is one of our only local restaurants and we have had many memories made there. We have celebrated birthday and have had good bye breakfasts. But one of my fave memories is when we meet up with Kristin and Collin and they announced they were having a baby!!! The poor waitress had to come back like 5 times before we could even order drinks because I couldn't focus. I was SO excited and keep getting up and squealing! HA! So having the babies here and visiting in the same spot; just made it a such a sweet time.

After brunch we headed to the pool. Cayden had his cool shades on just like his daddy!

A Bridal Shower

This past Sunday we had a shower for our dear friend Christopher. Fun was had and games were played. Thanks for everyone who helped and came out to celebrate Christopher.

I was so impressed I made it out that late. For this mama going out after nine is just plain late in her book! But I'm so glad I went and had time to visit with these sweet girls!

VBS

This past week has been a busy one

(Maylee's already tired from it all!)

We had VBS at church all last week. I was not sure how Maylee would do in the nursey for five consecutive days but she made it threw like a champ

Now she was not thrilled with the idea of going to the nursery everyday but she learned to enjoy it and she had the perk of Aunt Stepfy coming by and playing with her and giving her some love!I was a floater in the nursery side so I helped with whatever was needed and whoever needed it!
On the last day the kids got to walk threw the parted seas just like Moses and the Isrealites.
