Road Trip Day 5 & 6 ^~ NewYork, New York

We were blessed with awesome weather on Thursday

and we took full advantage of it!after bagels for breakfast, we headed off to Central ParkAnd playtime was first on the agendawe made a sweet memory of riding the Carousel while we were in the park!

Mae Loved it and if you can tell from her face she was not ready to say good bye

We are really into "helping" these days
and "I can do it" is a phrase used regularly in our homeWe strolled and enjoyed the park and all its beauty

taking some time to play some more

and we came a step closer to liking the sand

We loved seeing all the statues

We then had a quick lunch in front of the met

The met was fun and we enjoyed walking threw all the different exhibit halls

we did at one point miss a turn that Kate and Mae made

So they search high and low for us : )

Once we found each other, we headed up to the roof to take in the beautiful view

The Poor's let us barrow their Umbrella stroller which was a huge blessing to use thew the city

Then we made a stop at the imfamous FAO

so fun :)

Dinner was at the famous Grimaldi's

were the owner told Mae that she was the most important costumer there,
cause she is the future ;)

We headed back to the apartment and put baby girl to bed. my dad graciously stayed back while the rest of the crew went to check out another popular place.....

and then came our last day
Friday Morning

We took a little more time to get out the door.We ate brunch at a ukranian restaurant that was so good and then we headed again onto the subway

Mae sweet ride for the week!

We made a stop at the National history & science museum

and last but not least I got to make a dream come true! My sweet sisters got me and Clint tickets to Mary Poppins on Broadway!!!! So excited to see this show and to do so off of Time Square! It was such a super fun night out and such a beautifully done show!

then it came time to say good bye to this very big and busy city. We had a very early morning to hit the road again. So we said our good byes and off we went at the crack of dawn . So So blessed by my dad who help fund this trip and to allow us this super fun vacation with family. Many many fun memories were made and we had too much fun!
